Red Deer and Whitetail Deer Hunting Trips Near Amarillo, TX

Lake Creek  offers a variety of big game hunting options, but we specialize in big whitetail and red deer hunting trips. Each year we take several whitetail in the 170 + class. Top 10 SCI red deer also have been harvested.

Red Deer Hunts

Lake Creek Ranch offers some of the largest red deer in North America. Through an extensive breeding program, the mass and multi-point antler characteristics of the English bloodlines have been infused with the overall frame size of the New Zealand red deer to create a premier North American trophy herd.

Whitetail Hunts

Lake Creek Ranch offers a diverse range of unique game. We are fortunate to have indigenous whitetail deer made up of the Kansas subspecies. The deer found on Lake Creek are heavy bodied and heavy antlered whitetail as opposed to the smaller subspecies found in other parts of Texas.

We offer several whitetail packages to suit any hunter. Our trophy hunts are designed for the discriminating hunter who wishes to hunt a 150 class or better whitetail. Our trophy management hunts are for large trophy 8 points that any hunter would be proud to hang in his or her trophy room. We also offer a youth cull hunt for the boy or girl accompanying their parent or guardian on a trophy hunt. We are proud to offer the youth hunt with no trophy fee.

Bird Shoots

Lake Creek Ranch offers bird shoots for hunting groups. From pheasant shooting to chucker and quail shooting, we have several Upland bird hunting options available to you.

Bird dogs can be arranged or you can bring your own dogs for field work.
